Acrylic two-component low-temperature paint
Acrylic two-component low-temperature paint
This two-component water-based paint for low-temperature metal substrates requires careful selection of curing agents to control activation time and hardness development. For assembly line applications, light-duty products undergo 65°C curing for 30 minutes before proceeding to subsequent processes. During ambient temperature self-curing, surface and complete drying times vary with temperature and humidity. When air humidity ≤ 70%, touch-drying typically takes 20- 30 minutes with complete curing ≥ 24 hours. Low-temperature baking or self-curing methods are determined based on production capacity and product specifications. Key advantages: Produces high-gloss, high-coverage, and chemically resistant finishes with excellent recoatability and superior hardness.
