This product demonstrates excellent adhesion to diverse metal substrates including cold-and hot-rolled sheets, cast iron,die-cast  aluminum,  stainless  steel,  and  galvanized  steel.  Particularly  suitable  for  indoor  lightweight  anti-corrosion applications  such  as  steel  structures,  shelving  systems,  elevators,  and  pneumatic  springs,  it  functions  as  a  one-pot primer. Standard curing parameters for test specimens are 65°C for 30 minutes or natural drying (approximately 25-40 minutes until touch-drying). The application process supports various equipment configurations including electrostatic Ω systems, low-rail systems, reciprocating machinery, robotic systems, manual potting, and airless pressure vessels.
