Acrylic Single Liquid Low Temperature Top Coating

This single-component thermoplastic low-temperature plastic water-based paint with integrated primer provides excellent adhesion on substrates including ABS, PC, PA, PC+ABS, and ABS+glass fiber. Capable of creating various colors and effects, its relatively hard film makes it  suitable  for  one-pot  application.  During  assembly  line  operations,  lightweight  products require  65°C  curing  for  30  minutes  before  proceeding  to  the  next  process.  Under  normal temperature  conditions,  self-drying  curing  time  may  vary  with  temperature  and  humidity.
When air humidity ≤ 70%, the paint typically takes 20-30 minutes to dry by touch and ≥ 24
hours to  dry  completely. Low-temperature baking  or  self-drying  curing methods  should be determined  based  on  actual  production  capacity  and  product  structure. Limitations:  Not recommended for three or more spray applications due to cracking risks.
